The following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs use of this website (the “Website” accessible at www.imintelly.com), the IM Intelly software Beta Version (the “Software”) being implemented as a service (the “Service”) provided by Saffron Tech Private Limited (the “Company”) to you (individual or legal entity, generally referred to hereinafter as the “User”) and shall be read together with our Terms of use and EULcSA accessible on www.imintelly.com/eula/

The Company assigns paramount importance to privacy of the User and accordingly has developed this Privacy Policy in order to make transparent how the Company collects and uses personal identifying information of the User and/or content generated by the User while using the Service (the “Private Information”)

By accessing the Website, using the Application and/or the Service, the User agrees unconditionally to all the following terms and conditions. If not, the User is directed to immediately cease and discontinue any access or usage thereof for any purpose whatsoever.

• The Company shall require the User to submit following personal information at time of registration for subscribing to the Service and/or at subsequent time(s) for security validation purposes mainly to provide the Service, complete your transactions, post marketing and promotional content and/ or attending to your inquiries, which shall collectively comprise the Private Information, specifically identified as under:

  • Information collected via e-mail, text and other electronic messages between the User and the Company including without limitation the content generated via client applications you may download from the Website or in connection with the Service, which provide dedicated non-browser-based functionality for performance of the Application and/ or the Service;
  • Google analytics data corresponding to the User;
  • Usage statistics and feedback; and
  • Credit card or other billing information for the Services
• The Company, at its discretion, may use the Private Information to deliver newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to the User. If a User decides however at any time that such communications are unnecessary, said User may act on directions to unsubscribe shall be conveyed in all such communications.
• To best extent possible, the Private Information will always be collected by the Company with full knowledge and intent of the concerned User and shall have reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Unfortunately, transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, therefore, the Company cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted over the internet and any transmission is thus at sole risk of the User.
• The company shall use the information collected solely for purposes identifiable with tracking of usage statistics, usage trends, product development and general improvement of services. Before or at the time of collecting Private Information, the Company shall try best, but will not be obligated, to identify the purposes for which information is being collected or collated. The said information and images will not be retained, duplicated and/or used beyond the identified purposes whatsoever.
• Cookies: The Company uses cookies to monitor access and usage statistics of the User and issue updates and promotional content to the User. The User shall be required to accept such files as part of using the Application and Service.
• The Company shall not share or provide the Private Information to any third parties without consent of the User except when required by law. Sharing and access to Private Information by third party facilitators and outsourced entities appointed by the Company for facilitating the Website, Service and Software shall be under strict cover of confidentiality. Credit card transactions however are handled by their independent payment gateway service provides and hence not under control or responsibility of the Company.
• The Company possesses the right to alter this Privacy Policy as needed from time to time. When such an alteration occurs, a notice of the alteration will be listed on www.imintelly.com/eula/ of which the responsibility to regularly view shall be solely that of the User. Continued use of the Website, Software, Service and/ or Products beyond the date of posting such alteration shall enjoin the User’s acceptance to such revised Privacy Policy.
• The Company is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the principles listed herein above in order to ensure that the confidentiality of the User’s Private Information is protected and maintained. The Company affirms to having made significant investments in server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect Private Information.
